    Candidates should have around 20 years experience in the Human Resource function overseeing Industrial and employee relations across several manufacturing facilities. Also exposure in building competencies, L&OD, Engagement, GMP, TQM. The position is based in Mumbai and the incumbent will handle 10 - 12 plants Pan India. Candidates should have good academic and relevant background - Post graduate in Management or behavioural Sciences.
