Dheeraj Vashisht

An alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering (1995) and IIM Lucknow (1997), Dheeraj has worked with global organizations for over 16 years.

At Mercer, he managed several projects across India, the Middle East and Singapore. He was involved in assignments on Organization Structuring in varied sectors like Hospitality,Auto, Consumer Electronics and FMCG. He also led several assignments in the area of talent management and rewards in Process Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG and BFSI.

At MSD India, the India Subsidiary of Merck and Co. Inc., he headed the Business Partnering vertical and supported all divisions (Human Health, Support Function and Merck Research Laboratories). In a short tenure, he helped establish the HR function in the organization. He was also involved in the accelerated development and deployment of HR processes and engagement approaches. Hewitt assessed the engagement scores of MSD India as equivalent to the Top 25 Employers in the country.

In the past 5 years, he has been focusing on assignments in the Strategic HR Space. In this tenure, he has consulted with organizations shaping their HR Agenda in line with their Business Strategy and Brand Identity. He has also mentored subsequent interventions in Leadership Development, Organization Structuring, Employee Engagement etc. to bring the agenda to life. He has also established an individual and group coaching practice; helping Leaders inspect their own neurology to discover higher orbits of performance and satisfaction.
